Once your account has been activated, you can sign in at the [https://ocsio.saao.ac.za/accounts/login OCS login page].
To submit an observation to the queue, click “Submit Observation” in the top left of the landing page, which will present you with the form to fill in. The first two sections components - [[#Populating RequestGroup and Request|RequestGroup and Request]] - can be are explained for all types of observationsin the next section. Beyond that, there are recipes to follow for different types of observations.
Note that while we use the OCS developed by Las Cumbres Observatory (LCO), '''not all of the options available on the submission form have been implemented'''. If you are familiar with the LCO OCS, you will notice some differences in the functionality here.
