===Grating angle change instructions with the temporary brake in place===
- unplug the USB cable from the rear-of-slit camera - undo the bolts to remove the shield that protects the rear-of-slit camera - remove the 4 M5 bolts that secure the south cover to the interface plate - undo the toggle clamps that hold the covers together - open up partially retract the south cover of the instrument (it does not need to be fully removed, just opened enough to be able to access the brake)
- before changing the grating angle, slack off the 4 black bolts on the grating brake (inside the instrument) to release the brake
- in the software, go to the ''Config'' tab, click the ''Unlock'' button, and enter the password
