| The browser TCS won't load.
| (i) One or more of the SiTech GUIs may not be running. (ii) The thrift web server may need restarting.| (iii) Check that all SiTech GUIs are running and have no comms problems; restart all GUIs if there are any issues. (ii) Restart the thrift web serverby logging into observer@1ms1.suth.saao.ac.za and running the command "sudo systemctl restart lesedi", then reload the browser. This will need to be done after (i).
